Elan Promotions promotes jazz by running concerts. We are
privately funded and have not sought any state assisted
grants. We have been operating since 2001 and have relied
on our members to attend the concerts in sufficient numbers
to keep us afloat. On the axiom of no pain no gain - we've
paid our dues - and have had some fantastic concerts as
